Research From Law's Wuerth Cited In Supreme Court Enemy Combatant Decision

The work of Ingrid Brunk Wuerth, an associate professor in the UC College of Law, was cited in the opinions released by the U.S. Supreme Court in announcing decisions on three cases involving the issue of enemy combatants. Wuerth's research analyzing historical precedents dating back to the War of 1812 will be published in this year's edition of the Northwestern University Law Review.
