University-wide Qualtrics license coming soon
Digital Technology Solutions will begin rolling out access to Qualtrics survey software this summer across the University of Cincinnati.
The move to a university-wide license is another way Digital Technology Solutions is working to streamline and improve access to software across the university.
The new university-wide license will provide current UC students, faculty, and staff members access to Qualtrics software support, and technical assistance under a centralized, UC Qualtrics license.
What you can expect next
Sign into Qualtrics with your UC username and password, and a new Qualtrics account will automatically be created for you. Look out for the URL to UC’s Qualtrics site in another message announcing the Qualtrics launch next week.
Digital Technology Solutions will work with current license administrators in colleges and units to transition departmentally owned Qualtrics accounts and data to the university-wide license.
In the meantime, it is imperative that account owners continue to use their existing accounts to avoid creating duplicate accounts and adding time to the migration phase. When we migrate your current account from another UC-owned license, we will migrate your existing surveys and their data as well.
