Police Expo Marks National Police Memorial Week
A Police Expo scheduled for May 14th highlights a series of events the UC Police Department will participate in next week as part of the annual National Police Memorial Week.
Weather permitting, the Police Expo is set for 11 a.m.-1 p.m. May 14 on Sigma Sigma Commons. Police units from throughout the UC department, along with other departments from around the area, will be on display. The event will also feature games, giveaways and snacks.
A number of representatives from the UC Police Department will also participate in the solemn Police Memorial Parade downtown on Monday, May 12. UC will be represented by officers on foot, in a cruiser, and on motorcycle and bike patrols.
UC Police will also be participating in Tri-County Mall's Police Expo on the weekend of May 17-18.
