Programs Abroad Expo Offers Cash Prizes, Food
Over 30 booths representing programs in more than 45 countries will be featured in the University of Cincinnatis first Programs Abroad Expo. The expo, sponsored by UCs Institute for Global Studies and Affairs, will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, Oct. 10, on the third floor of University Pavilion.
UC students will have the chance to learn about UC programs offering overseas study as well as programs offered by other universities and exchange organizations. Door prizes, including five $100 Bearcat Cash Card awards, will be given away in random drawings, as well as travel bags, mugs, water bottles, a $50 gift certificate from STA Travel and Lonely Planet travel guides. There will also be refreshments and snacks.
