Jintai Ding Awarded Grant

Jintai Ding, associate professor of mathematics, recently received word that he has been awarded a $34,800 grant from the National Security Agency. The prestigious honor will fund his project “Analytical Structures of Quantum Affine Algebras.”

The work by Ding and his team may contribute to development of more efficient and secure cryptosystems.
