In the mornings, the participants will work on hands-on departmental projects, compete in a bridge-building competition and gain experience in working with computers facilitated by College of Engineering faculty and staff. Tours are planned for the afternoons to various corporate engineering plants such as General Electric Aircraft Engines, Procter & Gamble, Bayer Company and Turner Construction (hosts in prior years). The experience offers a look at the many types of engineering that people can major in at the University of Cincinnati and pursue as careers.

The “Women in Engineering and Computer Science” camp will be offered from July 18 to 22.
