UC Clermont Cougars Volleyball players earn All-Conference honors

The UC Clermont College Volleyball Team dominated the Ohio Regional Campus Conference (ORCC) West Division during the regular season by finishing 8-0.   Four Cougars were named to the All-Conference first team (as voted by opposing ORCC coaches.)  These players were the top four 'vote-getters' in the balloting. 

 

• Kelley Koons (Freshman Middle Hitter from Miamisburg H.S.) - Most Valuable Player

• Lauren Biel (Sophomore Libero from Lakota West H.S.) - First Team

• Jane McFadden (Junior Middle Hitter from Turpin H.S.) - First Team

• Whitney Brown (Junior Outside Hitter from Williamsburg H.S.) - First Team

 

Brown won her third consecutive first team honor and McFadden registered her second.

UC Clermont baseball team wins second national title

The University of Cincinnati Clermont College men’s baseball team has taken first place in the 2024 United States Collegiate Athletic Association Small College World Series. The Cougars defeated four-time national champion Penn State Dubois to claim the program’s second title and first since 2013.
