Enroll Now for UC Clermont's May Real Estate Session
UC Clermont is offering its second session of real estate pre-licensing courses from May 7-25. The accelerated real estate course will prepare students to sit for the real estate state sales exam in just three weeks.
Due to the great response weve had for these new courses - we will be offering the session again in May, said Ann Benoit, UC Clermont Business Division Chair. Classes will be held at the college's Park 50 TechneCenter location in Milford off I-275.
Courses include Real Estate Principles and Practice, Law, Appraisal, and Finance. Completion of these courses is required to sit for the Ohio Real Estate Sales Exam.
