UC Clermont College Hosts Open House Aug. 25

UC Clermont College will be holding an open house on Saturday, August 25 from 10 a.m. -  6 p.m. with hot dogs and hamburgers being served from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. in the Snyder Building Room 172.
 
Future students will have an opportunity to explore the fields of computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-integrated manufacturing and talk to the program coordinator Dexter Hulse on Saturday.
 
“This field may be better known as engineering technician, designer, manufacturing technology, machine operator or industrial engineer,” said Hulse.
 
UC Clermont Colleges labs are equipped with the latest CAD/CAM software technology. The product development lab holds the computer numerical control machine tools, hydraulics and pneumatics trainers and a rapid prototype machine to name a few.
