Law's Thomas to Discuss the Role of the Jury
The UC College of Law will be offering a special lecture by one of its own on Thursday, Nov. 8.
Professor Suja Thomas will present "The Civil Jury: The Disregarded Constitutional Actor" at noon in Room 114 of the college. Thomas' presentation will cover the Seventh Amendment right to a jury trial and the role of the jury in relationship to other constitutional components in the courtroom.
