Register Now for February Real Estate Session at UC Clermont College

UC Clermont College is offering real estate pre-licensing courses in an accelerated three-week format scheduled beginning Feb. 4.  This accelerated format makes it possible to complete the state required 120 classroom hours of real estate education for 12 college credit hours from the UC Clermont College in just three weeks.

Courses include real estate principles and practices, law, appraisal, and finance.   Completion of all four courses is required to sit for the Ohio Real Estate Sales Exam.

“During the past year, the response from local real estate brokers and the community to our real estate curriculum has exceeded our expectation,” said Bill Wise, assistant professor of business and UC Clermont real estate program coordinator.

“We’re pleased to offer these courses for college credit through the university with no additional fees beyond our standard tuition rates,” said Tracey Hawkins, interim chair of the Business Division at UC Clermont.

Additional sessions are planned throughout 2008.  For further information, contact Bill Wise at 513-732-5311 or the Business Division at UC Clermont College at 513-732-5292.
