Meredith Delaney Named Director of Development at UC Clermont College

Meredith Delaney was named the Director of Development at UC Clermont College. Prior to coming to the college, she was a senior associate in Community Impact at United Way of Greater Cincinnati-Eastern Area.  Delaney served as a relationship manager to United Way funded agencies in Clermont and Brown Counties, and managed the Eastern Area Program Review Committee and the Clermont County Emergency Food and Shelter Program, in addition to raising funds for the annual campaign.

 

“I am very excited to have Meredith Delaney join our team as we embark on an ambitious growth agenda for Clermont College. She brings exceptional skills and knowledge of the community that will serve her well,” said Jim McDonough, interim dean at UC Clermont College. 

 

Delaney received her M.A. in communication from the University of Cincinnati in 2004 and her B.S. in Journalism from West Virginia University in 2001.  She serves on the Marketing Committee for the Clermont Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the LEAD Clermont Class of 2008.

 

“It’s a pleasure for me to work for an organization that truly invests in our community.  The education that students receive at UC Clermont College is exceptional.  I look forward to assisting the college enhance students’ experiences as they achieve their academic dreams,” Delaney said.

The University of Cincinnati Clermont College men’s baseball team has taken first place in the 2024 United States Collegiate Athletic Association Small College World Series. The Cougars defeated four-time national champion Penn State Dubois to claim the program’s second title and first since 2013.
