UC Clermont College will host seven family-friendly activities on Saturday, Feb. 9, from 10 a.m. 2 p.m. as part of the Fine Arts Sampler Weekend sponsored by Macys.

10 a.m. noon Community Quilt Project
Design and decorate your quilt square and watch our community quilt grow! After this colorful quilt is finished it will be displayed on campus at UC Clermont College.

10 a.m.-2 p.m. Art Treasure Hunt for Kids
Search the campus for famous art reproductions. Read the clues and find the solution within the art work. Add up the clues to solve the puzzle, leading you to the Art Treasure Chest.
Location: Snyder hallway, across from the art gallery
10 a.m.-2 p.m. Clough Pike Elementary Exhibit
View works by young artists in grades 1-5 from Clough Pike Elementary. In a tribute to Claude Monet, students three-dimensionally recreated Monets Garden in Giverny, France. Students from Clough Pike bring Monets Garden to life with murals, trees, butterflies, insects and a walking bridge.

11:30 a.m. -12:30 p.m. Our WorldAccording to Harry
Join local Lonna Kingsbury of Kingsbury Productions, as she brings a bit of Our World --According to Harry. She will share her Hogwarts Cincinnati Zoo Chapter with everyone. Come, be sorted, take home your personal containment bag reminding you of YOUR magic, and share the strengths of all the houses as you weave together your own design of red, blue, yellow and green.
Seating is limited. Recommended for ages 7-12 years.

Noon-2 p.m. Valentine Workshop
Create a unique or traditional Valentine using a variety of crafts. Your special someone will be happy to receive this Valentine message!

12:30 p.m. West Clermont Dance Company
This audition-based high school dance company will perform student-choreographed numbers that range from ballet to hip hop.
Performance length: 30 minutes.

2 p.m. Clermont Philharmonic Orchestra
The Clermont Philharmonic Orchestra presents The Blue Chip Jazz Band performing jazz from the big band era. Family-friendly sing-alongs will be featured in the performance. Performance length: approximately 60 minutes.
