This accelerated format makes it possible to complete the state-required 120 classroom hours of real estate education and earn 12 college credit hours from the UC Clermont College in just three weeks. Courses include real estate principles and practices, law, appraisal, and finance.  Completion of all four courses is required to sit for the Ohio Real Estate Sales Exam.

In addition, for the upcoming summer session, UC Clermont College has announced a special one credit hour scholarship ($127 value) for new students.  The deadline for applying for this scholarship is Wednesday, June 18.  For more information regarding this scholarship and the stipulations, please contact Lisa Violand, Senior Academic Advisor, at 513-732-5317.
