The CCM Holiday Gift Guide

The University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music (CCM) has the perfect gift for all of the art lovers on your shopping list this holiday season. Whether it's guitar lessons, tickets to a CCM performance or a personally delivered "Carol-Gram," CCM offers something for everyone.

CAROL-GRAMS
 
Students in CCM's Music Education program are delivering the gift of music this holiday season with the introduction of the "CCM Carol-Gram."
 
For just $10, members of the UC community can have an a cappella vocal ensemble deliver a seasonal serenade to colleagues and friends. Each Carol-Gram includes two carols of your choice from a selection of holiday favorites. A bonus rendition of "We Wish You a Merry Christmas" will also be included with each Carol-Gram.
 
Carol-Grams will be delivered during arranged times on December 2, 4, 8 and 10. Orders must include the name and phone number of the sender, the name and delivery location of the recipient (including building name and office number) and two preferred delivery times. Carol-Grams can be ordered up to two days in advance and can be paid for by cash or check only.

CCM's Preparatory Department has the perfect gift for the aspiring musician in your family. For over 100 years, CCM Prep has been offering arts experiences to students of all ages, skill levels and areas of interest, including music, ballet, musical theater and drama, to name a few.
 
Prep Tuition Gift Certificates are available in any amount, including a special $100 four-lesson package that is perfect for new students.

FALL DANCE CONCERT, DEC. 5–7

CCM's Dance Division presents an exciting fusion of romantic, classical, contemporary and jazz styles in the 2008 Fall Dance Concert. The concert includes a new work by visiting guest artist Hannah Baumgarten of the Dance Now! Ensemble (Miami, Fla.). Performances take place Friday, December 5 at 8 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 6 at 2:30 and 5 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 7 at 3 p.m. in CCM's Patricia Corbett Theater.

'FEAST OF CAROLS' HOLIDAY CELEBRATION, DEC. 6 AND 7
 
Feast of Carols features yuletide favorites performed by the CCM Concert Orchestra, CCM choral ensembles and outstanding high school and community choirs from the Tristate region. Performances take place Saturday, December 6 at 5 p.m. and Sunday, December 7 at 2 and 5 p.m. in CCM's Corbett Auditorium.

MAINSTAGE SERIES SUBSCRIPTIONS AND SINGLE TICKETS AVAILABLE
 
For the opera, drama and musical theater lovers in your life, CCM offers a variety of Mainstage Series subscription packages. This year's series continues from February through May, featuring the classic operatic comedy The Barber of Seville, the uproarious musical Two Gentlemen of Verona, the wry and witty drama Crimes of the Heart and the lush, lighthearted opera Falstaff.
 
Choose between 4-Show or 3-Show Subscriber Packages to ensure that the theater aficionados in your life get the most from their Mainstage experience. Packages range from $75 to $104.
