Hammer Honored with Statewide Business Educators Award
Victoria Hammer, associate dean of academic affairs at UC Clermont College was honored as the OBTA Administrator/Supervisor of the Year Distinguished Service Award winner.
OBTA - An Association for Ohio Business Technology Educators announced the 2008 Distinguished Service Award Winners at an awards luncheon in West Chester. Individuals were selected in four categories based upon degrees, experience in business education, professional memberships, honors/awards and publications.
I am honored to be recognized by my peers for this prestigious award, said Hammer.
OBTA members have been recognized in various categories since 1969 including secondary teacher, post-secondary teacher, collegiate teacher, business education accomplishment, and administrator/supervisor. Also business educators in training have received assistance from OBTA with scholarships.

The University of Cincinnati Clermont College men’s baseball team has taken first place in the 2024 United States Collegiate Athletic Association Small College World Series. The Cougars defeated four-time national champion Penn State Dubois to claim the program’s second title and first since 2013.
