Winter Real Estate Classes at UC Clermont College

UC Clermont College will offer accelerated real estate pre-license classes on a six-week fast-track schedule to prepare students to take the Ohio Real Estate Sales Exam. Classes begin January 26 at the campus in Batavia.

The four required state courses have been developed in consultation with local real estate professionals from the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors and the Southern Ohio Association of Realtors.

“Our students continue to report back to us that these courses are among the best available in Southwestern Ohio to help prepare them to successfully pass the State exam.  We're pleased to offer this program in a flexibly scheduled format for those who have other obligations during the early morning hours,” said Bill Wise, assistant professor of business and program coordinator.

“These courses represent an excellent opportunity for anyone seeking to pursue a new career path at the beginning of the year,” said Interim Business Division Chair Tracey Hawkins.

As an additional benefit, students can earn up to 12 college credit hours through the UC Clermont College -- at no extra charge.

The Winter Session of classes is scheduled to meet January 26 through March 6, Monday through Friday, from 2 - 6 p.m. daily.  To enroll in these classes contact the UC Clermont Enrollment Office by calling 513-732-5218, or for further information, contact the UC Clermont College Business Division at 513-732-5292.
