Gordon Named USCAA National Basketball Player of the Week

 

UC Clermont College freshman Ian Gordon, a forward from Colerain High School, was named the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) National Player of the Week.

Gordon scored 17 points, 19 points and 35 points in the Cougars three contests. The freshman forward also added 11 rebounds for a double-double against USCAA opponent Southern State.

Led by head coach Kemar Jackson and assistant coach Brett Black, the win marks back-to-back titles and the fourth trophy for the program in six years.
