CAS Culinology Team Wins Gold in National Competition

With a near-perfect score, the University of Cincinnati College of Applied Science culinology team led all entrants in the 2009 Research Chefs Association's Student Culinology Competition. The students earned a gold medal, a collective $5,000, and two of them came home with scholarships.
