Spring Tradition - 34th Annual Waffle Breakfast - Set for Friday April 10
UC Clermont Colleges Biology Department will host its 34th Annual Waffle Breakfast on Friday, April 10 from 8:30 - 10:30 a.m. in Snyder Room 143.
All are welcome to enjoy this annual spring tradition of feasting on yeast-raised cornmeal waffles served with homemade Clermont College syrup.
The UC Clermont tradition of maple sugaring has been a winter biology lab activity since 1975, when Professor David Fankhauser introduced it as a component of his innovative biology lab program.

The UC Clermont women’s soccer team has claimed the 2024 Small College Division II National Championship for the United States Collegiate Athletic Association. Led by head coach Kemar Jackson and assistant coach Brett Black, the win marks back-to-back titles and the fourth trophy for the program in six years.
