UC Law Student to Argue Case in Front of Ohio Supreme Court
A third-year student from the UC College of Law will be arguing in front of the highest court in the state of Ohio.
Peter Link participates in the college's Indigent Defense Clinic, a cooperative effort with several agencies in the community that allows third-year law students to serve as representation for defendants. An appeal Link filed in the case of
State v. Kenneth Hodge
has been accepted for review by the Ohio Supreme Court. The court has in the past refused to take up the issue in the appeal prepared by Link, but was impressed by the arguments he constructed.
