UC's Jonathan Bernstein, MD, of the College of Medicine, was quoted regarding a condition called nonallergic rhinitis. People with nonallergic rhinitis have many of the same symptoms as people with nasal allergies -- runny noses, congestion and annoying post-nasal drip.
