MONDAY: UC Law Hosts Panel on Healthcare Mandate
Join the College for Law for a provocative discussion on President Obamas healthcare mandate. Gain a greater understanding about several recent district court rulings on the constitutionality of the individual insurance mandate. The panel discussion will be held on Monday, March 14 at 12:10 p.m. in Room 114, College of Law. All are invited to attend.
Participants include: Professors Chris Bryant, Betsy Malloy, and Michael Solimine, all law school professors; Jack Painter, advisory board member of the Cincinnati Tea Party and board member of the Ohio Liberty Council.
