Engineering and Applied Science Career Fair Set for Thursday, Oct. 13

On Oct. 13, the University of Cincinnati College of Engineering and Applied Science Tribunal will hold its annual career fair from 10 a.m.-4 p.m., at Fifth Third Arena. Almost 100 companies have confirmed attendance so far, and the planning committee is striving for the final count to break 100 by the 13th.

The committee has collected sponsorships from companies including Dow, Marathon, Procter & Gamble, GE Aviation, L'Oreal USA, Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing North America, Boston Scientific Corporation, and many more. But to meet with all of them and explore your opportunities, you must attend the fair!

Student Interest

Tribunal President Phillip Langenkamp told us that the importance of the career fair and the reason the tribunal continues to host it is to get everyone involved and present so the companies can deliver the best possibilities for students. “The companies have the opportunity to see the caliber of students that the College of Engineering and Applied Science is producing while students have the opportunity to investigate companies and to practice their networking and job-hunting skills.”

Previously, this career fair has been held in the Tangeman University Center Great Hall.  However, with over 1,000 students in attendance last year, and companies pouring in to participate, the tribunal moved the location to Fifth Third Arena.
