CINCINNATI ENQUIRER: Colleges Pushing 3-year Degrees
University of Cincinnati student Diana Welch of Strongsville, BBA '12, is featured in an Enquirer story about students who are on track to graduate in three years.
The Carl H. Lindnder College of Business finance major is part of a growing number of students who aim to finish early to save money and jump start their careers.
In Ohio, colleges are required to clear a path for three-year degrees in 10 percent of their programs next year and 60 percent by 2014, thanks to a mandate written into last yearÂ’s state budget.
