Medical Student Match Day March 16

The College of Medicine's 2012 Match Day event begins at 11:30 a.m. Friday, March 16 in Medical Sciences Building Room E-351. The envelopes with Match Day results are drawn lottery style beginning at noon.

During this national event, 150 senior medical students from UC will find out where they will conduct their residency training. Medical students apply for residency training in their programs of choice, hoping to "match" with their preferred hospital and specialty when the results are announced.

The event will be shown on the big screen in Kresge Auditorium and will also be streamed live to MedOneStop. For more information, email
