Dayton Arthritis Walk Honors Carl H. Lindner College of Business Student

Ashley Ingersoll, an undergraduate student in the Lindner College of Business, will be honored at the 2012 Dayton Arthritis Walk and Expo on June 21 at the Southview Medical Center Campus in Dayton, Ohio.

Ingersoll, an entrepreneurship major, was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis at age 11. Since then, she has supported the Arthritis Foundation as a walking participant in the annual fundraiser. She is listed as a top fundraiser on their web site.

The Arthritis Expo is a free event that shares the latest Arthritis research and resources while raising awareness and funds for local programs and services. The expo begins at 4 p.m. and features a cookout, speakers, interactive booths and honorees and is followed by a 5K, with a one-mile walk option at 7 p.m.
