Poster Perfect: See Nearly 300 Undergraduate Research Projects June 1
An impressive array of research results earned by the University of Cincinnati's undergraduate students representing a wide selection of majors and programs will be displays as posters and mini-presentations from 11 a.m.-3 p.m., Friday, June 1, in the Great Hall and throughout the 400 level of Tangeman University Center.
More than 500 UC undergraduates representing more than 40 majors will display close to 300 hands-on, real-world research projects during the "
2012 Undergraduate Conference: Research, Scholarship & Creative Works
."
These research efforts examine today's pressing problems related to the challenges of pollution and sustainability, energy technology, academic achievement, cancer and obesity, regional economics, crime prevention, driver safety, international relations, parental discipline and much more.
