You Can Help Shape the Future of IT at UC

All University of Cincinnati faculty and staff are invited to provide essential input for continuous IT Improvement at UC.

UC Information Technologies (UCIT) is initiating a five-question survey available online through April 30 that will help guide future improvements. This effort is a part of UCIT’s strategic plan to further the foundational work of the Blue Ribbon Task Force on Academic Information Technology.

“To best serve the academic and service mission of the university, we want to work with our colleagues to understand their needs, their hopes and their dreams for IT at UC," said Nelson Vincent, vice president for information technology and CIO. “It’s a chance for us to build collaborative and dynamic technologies that serve our students well into the future.”

The organization anticipates that the final draft of the IT strategic plan will move through appropriate university governance committees to ensure consensus on IT strategies, priorities and resource allocation throughout the institution.

The survey is available through April 30. To complete it, please go to http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/UCStratIT.
