Blackboard Maintenance Scheduled for June 28
Blackboard Learn, the Learning Management System in Canopy, UCs eLearning ecosystem, will be unavailable from 3-5 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time), Saturday, June 28, for necessary maintenance.
These temporary outages will allow technicians to boost the performance and stability of Blackboard Learn in preparation for the start of fall semester.
We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this necessary maintenance may cause you.

UC engineer honored with presidential award

The highest honor bestowed upon scientists by the U.S. government, the Presidential Early Career Award for Scientists and Engineers (PECASE) was founded by President Clinton during his time in office. The award recognizes engineers and scientists who exemplify valuable potential for leadership early in their research career. Recently, the University of Cincinnati’s Joel Alejandro (Alex) Mejia, was named a PECASE honoree.
