Lindner MBA Program Enjoys Nation's Biggest Rankings Jump Over Past Two Years

The part-time MBA program at UC’s Carl H. Lindner College of Business climbed 35 spots in the 2016 U.S. News & World Report rankings released on March 10, 2015.

Lindner’s part-time MBA program is now ranked No. 46 out of the 323 accredited part-time MBA programs in the country and ranked No. 29 among the accredited part-time MBA programs at public universities.

The 2016 MBA rankings earn Lindner the distinction of having the biggest rankings jump of any school in the United States over the past two years.

U.S. News & World Report ranked Lindner's full-time MBA program No. 70 out of 464 accredited programs in the country and No. 37 among all full-time public MBA programs in the country. Lindner is the only school in the Tristate area to be ranked among the United States’ Top 100 full-time MBA programs.

“The external recognition of our programs via top-tier rankings is a great honor and strong validation of the high quality of our academic programs, our students and our graduates,” says Lindner College of Business Dean David M. Szymanski. “It’s truly gratifying to see the ongoing recognition of the college’s outstanding staff and faculty’s constant dedication and commitment to producing an ever-improving top-tier business education.”

These new rankings accolades further solidify Lindner’s position as the most recognized MBA program in the region. In fact, Lindner is the only business school in the region with both a Top 50 part-time MBA program and a Top 50 full-time MBA program.

In the fall of 2014, Lindner’s full-time MBA program was ranked one of the nation’s Top 50 programs by Bloomberg Businessweek and was named the No. 1 best value MBA program in the country by CollegeAtlas.org. In January 2015, U.S. News & World Report ranked the Lindner online MBA one of the Top 40 fully-online MBA programs in the United States. In March 2014, Lindner earned the highest rankings jump of any MBA program in the country on both the full-time and part-time U.S. News & World Report rankings charts.
