UC Lindner College of Business Jumps 16 Spots in 2016 Bloomberg Businessweek Undergraduate Business School Rankings

The undergraduate program at the University of Cincinnati's Carl H. Lindner College of Business climbed 16 spots to No. 84 in the country in the 2016

Bloomberg Businessweek

Best Undergraduate Business Schools ranking released on April 19, 2016. The program is now ranked No. 41 among all undergraduate business schools in the nation’s public institutions.

The Bloomberg Businessweek rankings aim to measure the outcome most students want from business schools, specifically the brightest possible career path. Accordingly, the ranking is primarily built on four key metrics: feedback from recruiters who hire recent business graduates; the students’ own ratings of their campus, career services department and faculty and administrators; the average base compensation of students who had jobs lined up; and the percentage of a school’s graduates who had at least one internship experience during college.

“The continued external recognition of our program is a great honor and strong validation of the high quality of our academic programs, our students and our graduates,” says Lindner College of Business Dean David M. Szymanski. “It’s truly gratifying to see the recognition of our outstanding staff and faculty’s constant dedication and commitment to producing an ever-improving top-tier business education.”

The Bloomberg Businessweek ranking further solidifies Lindner’s position as one of the most recognized business schools in the nation. Recently, both U.S. News & World Report and Bloomberg Businessweek ranked both the Lindner full-time MBA program and the Lindner part-time MBA programs among the nation’s best MBA programs and CollegeAtlas.org named Lindner the No. 1 best value business school in the United States.
