UC Community Encouraged to Meet Finalists for Police Chief, Assistant Police Chief Positions

A national search is underway to find the University of Cincinnati's next chief of police and assistant chief of police. During the past several weeks, an 11-member search committee has reviewed 65 applications and conducted ten video conference interviews. The candidate pool has been narrowed down to five finalists - three for the chief position and two for the assistant chief position.

A series of on-campus open forums have been scheduled, one for each candidate, to provide all faculty, staff and students an opportunity to meet the candidates and ask questions. A webpage has also been set-up to allow members of the UC community to share their thoughts about each candidate with the search committee. Visit
