Oct. 5 Wine and Spirits Tasting: German and Austrian

 

Wine & Spirits Tastings take place every first Thursday,

with the first spirit served at 5:30 p.m.

Wine & Spirits Tastings include a flight of four wines and hors d’oeuvres for $20 per person.

Oct. 5 – German & Austrian:

  • Höpler Grüner Veltliner, Austria, Paired with Goat Cheese Salad
  • Höpler Zweigelt, Austria, Paired with Chicken Schnitzel with Dunkelweizen, Potato Latkes, and Roasted Root Vegetables
  • Thomas Schmitt Riesling QbA Estate, Germany, Paired with Apple Strudel à la mode

  • Thursday, Oct. 19, Chef’s Table: Fall Harvest, with the first course served at 5:30 p.m.
  • Thursday, Oct. 26, Craft Beer Tasting: Fall & Pumpkin Beers, with the first course served at 5:30 p.m.
  • Thursday, Nov. 2, Wine & Spirits Tasting: South American, with the first course served at 5:30 p.m.
