PharmD Seniors Present Capstones

Graduating students from the James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy's PharmD program presented their capstone projects during a poster session in Tangeman University Center's Great Hall Tuesday, May 29.

More than 30 faculty participated in the assessment of the 97 senior pharmacy students. Presentations ranged from evaluations of professional practice changes, clinical observations, economic analysis, medication use evaluations and process improvement projects.

"These excellent learning opportunities were available across a wide variety of practice settings, demonstrating a high level of commitment and broad engagement of our academic community in the education of doctor of pharmacy students," says Jill Boone, PhD, clinical professor of pharmacy practice and administrative sciences at UC.
