Pharmacy Students Present Research

First year doctor of pharmacy students with the James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy will present their cumulative work from a year-long longitudinal project in a professional poster forum Monday, May 21, 2012, from 1 to 4 p.m. in Tangeman Center, Great Hall.

The project represents a synthesis of the student work completed during 12 different assignments contained within seven core courses focused on a selected medication and disease. This nationally recognized, innovative project allows the student to connect the basic science curriculum to the care of a patient, usually a family member or friend.

For more information on the forum, contact Bethanne Brown, PharmD, clinical associate professor of pharmacy practice, at 513-558-8872.
