Office of General Counsel
The Office of the General Counsel supports the dynamic educational environment of the University of Cincinnati in all areas of operation, instruction, research, and administration by providing timely, practical and ethical legal advice on a wide range of issues. We help solve problem and enhance decision-making by advising on the legal implications of decisions and actions under applicable law, regulations, and policies. As Assistant Attorneys General we work collaboratively with the Ohio Attorney General’s Office in representing the University in litigation matters. The Office of General Counsel strives to embody the University of Cincinnati's vision and values and to do so with the highest level of professional competence, ethics and integrity.
Who We Represent
The Office of General Counsel provides advice and counsel to the University of Cincinnati as an institution, its Board of Trustees, and its officers, employees and agents when acting on behalf of the University, on all matters having legal significance to the institution.
