Verifications for Students & Alumni
Students and alumni are frequently asked to verify their academic record. The University of Cincinnati Registrar's Office provides verification services for students and alumni as well as investigators and third-party verifiers (e.g., employers). Verifications are completed in compliance with FERPA, so you may be required to validate your identity and/or provide a signed record release.
We can only verify information that is part of your academic record, therefore, we cannot verify a degree until it has been conferred.
If you are a student wishing to verify that all degree requirements have been met prior to degree conferral, please work with your academic advisor.
