Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) provides software support for personal devices (Microsoft Windows & macOS).
We provide the following support at no charge:
- Installation and removal of university-provided or personally owned software
- Malware/virus removal
- Wireless and wired Internet connectivity
Submit a Request for Software Support
Follow the instructions below to submit a request for software support.
- Sign into the IT Services Portal with your username and password.
- Then, select the Submit a Request button below to create a request for DTS software assistance.
